Puntades d’esperança

The project “Puntades d’Esperança” was born during the COVID-19 health crisis, when former Inca rebounders, many already unemployed due to the crisis of the footwear sector, joined forces to make masks and sanitary gowns for the Inca Regional Hospital. Using the same machines that years ago had been used to make shoes, these women transformed their skill into an act of solidarity, helping to supply medical material at a time of serious scarcity. This inspiring story is collected in a documentary that narrates the process, dedication and spirit of cooperation that made this project possible, showing how the community joined at a critical time to offer support and hope.
