Open every day of week
The Inca Footwear Museum invites you to discover the history and tradition of footwear in Mallorca. We are open every day of the week, with free admission and the possibility of making a voluntary donation. The hours vary depending on the day: Monday and Tuesday from 9:00 to 14:00, Wednesday to Friday from 9:00 to 20:00, and weekends from 9:00 to 16:00. We recommend consulting the holiday calendar to find out the days on which the museum will be closed.

The Inca Footwear Museum offers you a complete experience with a wide range of services designed to make the most of your visit. Available services include an information point, free Wi-Fi, parking, charging for electric vehicles, easy access by train and bus, bicycle parking, audio guides, cafeteria, rest areas, bathrooms, luggage storage and library. We also offer event room services.

At the Inca Footwear Museum we are committed to continuously improving accessibility to ensure that everyone can enjoy their visit. We have parking, an adapted route, adapted bathrooms and counters, as well as children’s resources for the little ones. We want each experience to be comfortable and enriching for all our visitors.

Enjoy with yours
Enjoy a guided tour with your family or friends by booking through the form. Groups must be at least 8 people, and the one-hour tours take place on Mondays and Tuesdays at 10 am, and on Wednesdays at 4 pm. Available in Catalan and Spanish.

What is it worth to enter the museum?
Admission is free with free donation.
Can I come with a wheelchair or if I have problems getting around?
Yes, the museum is equipped for people with reduced mobility.
Do I have a suitcase, can I get in with her?
It is better to avoid coming to the museum with large bags or bags. However, there is a free slogan that can be used. It is not possible to enter with personal effects that exceed the following dimensions: 57 x 56 x 40 cm.
All objects deposited in the consignment must be collected on the same day and the museum will not be responsible for the valuables deposited in the consignment.
Until what time can I enter?
You can enter the museum up to 30 minutes before its closure.
How long do I need to visit him?
The usual visit time is usually between 30 and 90 minutes.
Can I get in with my pet?
No, you cannot visit the museum with pets.
Can I park outside?
Yes, there is a car park at the back of the museum.
What are the health rules adopted within the museum?
Currently, there are no health measures, but it is recommended to wear a mask at times of great capacity and in the case of those at risk, as well as wash your hands with hydroalcoholic gel at the entrance and exit of the museum.
Can you enter and leave the museum as many times as you want?
Yes, you can go in and out several times.
Can photographs be taken inside the museum?
Yes, photographs can be taken at all the museum’s exhibitions.
Do guided tours take place?
Yes, visits to schools take place on Mondays and Wednesdays.

I am responsible for a group, what should I take into account?
The group leader must ensure that the members of the group respect the rules set out in the visiting regulations. Among them, you cannot touch the objects and machinery on display, call, or run inside the museum. It is recommended to notify before coming by writing an email to bcompany@incaciutat.com.
Can you come to the museum with a private bus?
Yes, there is a car park for buses at the back of the museum.
Are there spaces inside the museum to pause with groups?
In the permanent exhibition there are spaces with chairs to rest for a while, but you cannot drink or eat. Outside, on the patio, there are wider spaces and you can eat and drink.
I want to make a donation to the museum. How do I do that?
To collaborate with the Museum with financial donations, you must write an email to aferrero@ajinca.net explaining the type of collaboration you want to carry out. To give objects, you must write to the same address and attach a photo and an explanation of each of the objects.
